We could not have been happier with ALL of our encounters onsite. Without such friendly and accommodating service, I don't believe we would have enjoyed a summer full of camping! Because your store is SO accommodating....we would take Sunday family days and visit with our kids browsing your inventory!! There are few places you can bring 3 children (ages 6, 4 and 8 months at the time!!) and feel overly welcome and comfortable for an extended period of time! The kids table, chips and juice boxes won them over....repeatedly! You have truly embraced what your product is all about, family time! It's comforting to know you support that and not just the "Sale" of your product. So we thank you!
After yet another cloudy day visit to check out some new inventory, we had little to no intentions to purchasing our camper JUST yet. But sure enough, you had two campers on-site that were the exact layout that worked perfect for our family and we had been searching for endlessly with no avail. We had the pleasure of working with Shane Adkins, who had great knowledge about the differences between a few options we liked. He was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. (And didn't mind dealing with our wild kids!) The major differences he had pointed out to us that day are some of our favorite features to date and highly noticeable to guests that often ask to view the inside of our camper. We may not have purchased the largest and most expensive camper you offer but it suits our family of 5 PERFECTLY and we are beyond happy with our purchase. We purchased our camper in mid July and have currently been on 7 camping weekends thus far! Our first being less than 24 hours after purchasing the camper! We have been anxiously awaiting this time in our lives to say the least.

Many thanksMy wife an I bought a cedar creek 36ckts in June 2015 from Flagg Rv in Boylston. We love the camper and have enjoyed it during the winter in Naples Florida. We had trouble with our awning this past week moving in and out. I contacted Mike in Service and he gave me a few ideas to track down the solution to this problem. After following his instructions i still couldn't get it to work. Called back the next day and Mike wasn't available and i was helped by Jacob in service. We tested fuses etc and finally got to the issues causing the awining not to work. With his help and patience and I was fortunate to have the right equipment to do the electrical testing we got the awining to work. I appreicated their time working through this problem. Great ServiceWe bought our trailer at Flagg in West Boylston and could not be happier. Never owning one before, I didn't know anything about it. Josh took the time to explain everything so I felt confident enough to go on the road. Spent the next two months traveling and it was fantastic. Update on ExperienceUpdate, I have spoken to the owner ( Steve Flagg ) and we have agreed to a 5 year extended warranty to cover my camper from any issues that might have incurred from my troubled service appointment. Both Steve Flagg and myself have agreed to these terms and we are both satisfied with the conclusion. There can always be some issues that arise and it is how the customer is treated that really matters. As of today I have a camper that works correctly and look forward to years of trouble free camping. We do love the Keystone Bullet camper! - Justin from Spencer, MA
