Our first time buying at Flagg Rv -UxbridgeWe recently purchased a new Class B from Flagg RV (Uxbridge) and it was very smooth. Everyone was very helpful and responsive to all our needs ( and there were a few special requests that they met with no problem ). Ralph in Sales and Roy the Sales Manager were super. Also, hats off to John Kulas for all his help dealing with the Registry during pandemic rules. Jessica in the Service Department was very helpful and responsive to our scheduling needs (especially on short notice during perhaps their busiest time of the year). Also, thanks to the patient and helpful Bill on our walk thru day. We were very happy with our first time experience at Flagg.

Outstanding customer serviceIn the wonderful summer of 2020, when nothing goes right, almost everything went right here! I was trying to purchase a lower end trailer that was highly sought after. I worked with an associate named Cheryl D. who was absolutely wonderful despite being in a bad situation.
With endless backorders, supply issues, and nothing positive to report, Cheryl stayed in touch with me. I was one of 6 people waiting on the same model, and I am sure she was as frustrated as we all were. Absolutely nothing was in her control, but Cheryl kept up the communication, even so far as to have the manufacturing rep reach out to me to explain the issues on their end.
In a very tough situation, this was truly the best experience I could have asked for. Thank you Cheryl!

As you know I had some warranty work completed on my camper and I just wanted to reach out to you about your technician Josh.
I watched Josh as he worked on replacing a couch piece, he was very careful and meticulous. He did not rush even when the piece had just arrived and was a last minute install.
Nate was helping Josh and I watched as Josh was mentoring and coaching Nate through the process. Josh has an easy way of communicating and answering all my crazy questions, he went out of his way to be complete.
Josh also had completed a few other things for me that were well done by going above and beyond the call of duty.
I have had a great experience with Ashley and Kelly when dealing with this. I would appreciate it if you would extend this letter of commendation to your team for a job well done. This whole experience of purchasing my new camper with Flagg R.V. has been great and I am grateful to be part of the Flagg family.

Great experience all the way 'roundMy wife and I shopped for a travel trailer for 2+ years before making a decision. During that time, we visited many MANY RV stores and attended many shows. After visiting other stores we decided early on in the shopping process that we would be buying from Flagg. Ray and all of the sales team were always around when we had questions, but left us alone when we were looking. All of the trailers were unlocked so we could easily browse their inventory so we didn't have to "hunt them down" to have them unlock the trailers. If you have shopped in the area, you already know this is an uncommon practice. When we told Ray we were just shopping, he welcomed that instead of ignoring us for a paying customer. Eventually we decided on a new Shadow Cruiser 289 RBS and love the trailer. On our 3rd camping trip, a tree jumped out and scraped the side of the trailer. The damage was fairly extensive, but we were able to use it for the rest of the season, and dropped it off at Flagg's for winterizing and the the repair. A few months later, we picked up the trailer and it looked like it just came off of the factory floor - exceptional repair work by Mile and his team! I've called with questions several times since and always get the information I need. I recommend Flagg RV to everyone who asks - just a great experience from top to bottom. - Tim from Palmer, MA
SO MANY THANKS!!!!We purchased a brand new 2019 Winnebago 30RLSS in October 2018. We were very happy with the service we received. Flagg stored the camper over the winter and once it was time, they would prep and deliver the camper to our campsite in Maine. This is where our story really starts. When the service department opened up the camper for preparation for delivery in May of 2019, they noticed considerable water damage from a faulty slide gasket which allowed water to get into the camper during winter storage. A great review is always good when nothing goes wrong, but you can tell a lot more in how problems are handled when things go poorly. Patty Flagg and her service department were excellent in how they handled things and were prepared to make the needed repairs immediately. While this option was good as their service team is considered excellent, we didn't want to pay new camper pricing for a camper that needed such extensive repair before we even got it to our site. Patty, and the Flagg team reached out to Winnebago directly and explained our plight. Winnebago understood our frustration and decided that they would build us a brand new 2020 30RLSS and have it delivered to our site within 3 weeks of the original incident occurring. There was no upcharge for the newer version, and no extra cost for the upgraded components that were used on the newer model. We have been in our new summer cottage for about 3 months and couldn't be happier. We can't offer enough praise and gratitude to Patty and the entire Flagg RV team. The way they handled the problem and had solutions available to us within a day of the problem being discovered was indicative of how a company should treat its customers. SO MANY THANKS!!!! Winnebago was also very responsive and made a tough decision to provide a second unit to ensure that a customer was satisfied. You both are what other camper manufacturers and RV sellers should be. To both companies my wife and I should now be considered customers for life. - David from Norton, MA
