It is our pleasure to write this letter to you as a Thank you. We recently purchased a Forest River Wildwood from Flagg, Sharon Reed was our sales assistant. Her laid back approach helped us make our decision quickly after an RV accident, which left us unsettled. Sharon greeted us with a cheerful smile and was very helpful. We received email communications from her after making our decisions, that helped to facilitate the process.
Joe is the Service Department, set up an orientation of our RV quickly and made sure our requests for additional hitch upgrades were completed. Our Wildwood was clean, and set-up, ready for orientation when we arrived. It was evident to us that communication was excellent. We were comfortable with our decision.
Billy in the service department provided us with an incredible orientation. Every aspect of the Wildwood, exterior and interior was covered. When we departed we were knowledgeable and entirely comfortable with our purchase.
John in finance guided us through the painless process. Every form was explained, in addition to the Service Protection Plans. He also provided insurance referral. His knowledge was greatly appreciated.
We have made purchases at Flagg's well organized store in the past. Michael and his assistants are knowledgeable in the care and upgrade of RVs. Always a pleasure!!!

They stand by their word and support their customersWe purchased a used 2017 Winnebago ERA 70x in Uxbridge. As with any used RV, there were a few items that needed to be tweaked once we started to use it. The folks at Flagg were responsive and addressed all of our needs. Flagg Uxbridge - Time to give KudosHave waited several months before posting but it's time to give kudos where due. The Sales experience at Flagg Uxbridge with Joe Meglio was enjoyable and non-demanding -- he let us take our time deciding. We have now owned our 2018 Shadow Cruiser 263RLS for 3 months and couldn't be happier with our decision. Joe in Service and his team were very receptive to fixing all the little minor repairs along with one major one that must have come from the factory broken. We were hesitant at first because there are many negative reviews about Flagg and also about the Shadow Cruiser -- but once we realized that most folks only post a review if they are angry and not as many take the time to post a positive review, we took a leap of faith and so far so good. Kudos to Flagg Uxbridge for taking care of us. - Cheryl

My parents Jim & Joanne Christie were in today with a Sunseeker we bought used a few weeks ago. While I was showing them how to operate the RV yesterday I discovered that the Furnace was not working. They called this morning and talked to Brent in service. Brent was exceptionally nice and had my parents bring it right in today. I can not tell you how happy I am and have been with your dealership. Bill our Salesman, John in Finance, Roy the Sales Manager, and you Steve the Owner. Thank you for everything and making this a pleasant experience for me and my parents. They came back with a fixed RV same day and can not stop talking about how nice everyone was to them. Our repairs are done!We have waited a year for the repairs on our 2016 Keystone Outback. Apparently Flagg Rv did a little internal house keeping and things are running much smoother. Ashley in the service department took over our case and the parts for repairs were finally ordered and she kept us up to date on scheduling. Now that's customer service! Zach came out on the coldest wettest day this month and stayed for 6 hours and finished all the work. He really knows his stuff. He even found some things that we didn't and showed us things that we thought were not working right and explained why. We already knew Flagg Rv had excellent sales staff and now they shine in service, too. - Linda from Crestview, FL
A great buying experience!We recently purchased a previously owned 2017 Thor Chateau 22b. This has to be the best buying experience we have ever had. We had an amazing experienceWe had an amazing experience with your company and staff throughout the process of choosing our new camper. We could not have been happier with ALL of our encounters onsite. Without such friendly and accommodating service, I don't believe we would have enjoyed a summer full of camping! Because your store is SO accommodating....we would take Sunday family days and visit with our kids browsing your inventory!! There are few places you can bring 3 children (ages 6, 4 and 8 months at the time!!) and feel overly welcome and comfortable for an extended period of time! The kids table, chips and juice boxes won them over....repeatedly! You have truly embraced what your product is all about, family time! It's comforting to know you support that and not just the "Sale" of your product. So we thank you!
After yet another cloudy day visit to check out some new inventory, we had little to no intentions to purchasing our camper JUST yet. But sure enough, you had two campers on-site that were the exact layout that worked perfect for our family and we had been searching for endlessly with no avail. We had the pleasure of working with Shane Adkins, who had great knowledge about the differences between a few options we liked. He was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. (And didn't mind dealing with our wild kids!) The major differences he had pointed out to us that day are some of our favorite features to date and highly noticeable to guests that often ask to view the inside of our camper. We may not have purchased the largest and most expensive camper you offer but it suits our family of 5 PERFECTLY and we are beyond happy with our purchase. We purchased our camper in mid July and have currently been on 7 camping weekends thus far! Our first being less than 24 hours after purchasing the camper! We have been anxiously awaiting this time in our lives to say the least.
